Lead monetization and growth initiatives: design conversion flows, run A/B experiments, validate technical integrations, monitor CAC/LTV/ROI, and work with design, marketing, and engineering to optimize revenue and platform reliability.

Manage and optimize user acquisition campaigns across major ad platforms, run A/B/multivariate tests, analyze CPI/CAC/LTV/ROI and funnel metrics, guide creative testing and ASO, collaborate with agencies and product teams to drive growth.

Own and coordinate Pixery's global payments ecosystem by managing relationships with MoR/PSP/payment orchestrator partners, supporting commercial negotiations, tracking payment performance and issues, and leading payments-related compliance (AML, KYC, 3DS, PSD2) in close collaboration with Legal and Finance.

Design and iterate high-converting UI for onboarding, paywalls, and upsell flows. Create A/B testable visual variants, optimize user journeys to increase conversions, benchmark competitor UI trends, and collaborate with Product and Marketing to translate business goals into data-driven designs.
