Job Summary:

We are looking for a Performance Engineer with 4-5 years of hands-on experience to join our team. The role requires strong expertise in performance testing and engineering, with proficiency in tools like LoadRunner, VTS, JMeter, APMs, etc. The successful candidate will independently manage testing activities and collaborate effectively within a team, working on complex test scenarios and analyzing system performance across web and backend applications.

Key Responsibilities:
• Gather performance requirements through collaboration with stakeholders and analysis of production metrics to ensure accurate and relevant testing scenarios.
• Develop and execute performance test scripts for both web (HTML/HTTP) and API-based applications, focusing on complex scenario creation.
• Analyze and optimize system performance, identifying bottlenecks within multilayer architectures.
• Leverage application monitoring tools such as Dynatrace, AppDynamics, and Datadog to track performance metrics and ensure application scalability.
• Utilize log analysis tools like Splunk and Kibana to troubleshoot and correlate performance issues with system logs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify performance issues and recommend solutions.
• Prepare detailed reports summarizing performance results, identifying trends, and providing insights for system improvements.
• Stay updated on performance engineering best practices, tools, and emerging technologies.

Requirements:
• 4-5 years of experience with LoadRunner, VTS, and JMeter for performance testing.
• Strong understanding of performance engineering concepts and experience
in scripting complex test cases.
• Strong understanding of Kubernetes and sufficient knowledge in Linux
• Proficiency with application performance monitoring
tools like Dynatrace, AppDynamics, or Datadog.

Skilled in using log management tools such as Splunk, Kibana or Datadog for performance diagnostics.
• Familiarity with multilayer architecture and ability to troubleshoot performance across different application layers.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.

Preferred:
• Experience with performance testing in cloud environments.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps integration.
