Job Description/Responsibilities

As a Performance Capability Project Lead: Onboarding and Performance, you will be responsible for continuous improvement of sales onboarding processes and tools.  Additionally, you will be responsible for developing, deploying, maintaining, and improving sales enablement tools for the sales organization.  


Location: Remote with up to 30% travel (must live in 1 of the states listed on the job posting)


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develops and delivers projects based on area of expertise (Onboarding or Performance – Sales Tools) 
  • Leads needs assessments with relevant stakeholders to understand gaps and benchmarks to stay ahead of industry sales enablement trends
  • Collaborates across sales organization with key stakeholders
  • Creates communication plan for deployment of project outputs
  • Partners with HR to continuously improve onboarding tools and resources related to the PDS system. 
  • Develop processes for continuous improvement of the tools, resources, and training related to onboarding. 
  • Partners with others on the team to lead project teams related to development of training, onboarding, and sales enablement tools
  • Seeks feedback from customers to ensure all project work is meeting needs, is continuously improved, and is enabling improvements/behavior change
  • Implement best practices with regards to project management to become more effective in this project lead role.  Know how to prioritize your work to complete the highest priority projects on time and complete. 
Qualifications/Requirements

Must-Haves

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Minimum 5 years of sales enablement and project management experience
  • Willingness to travel
  • Ability to manage multiple projects at one time
  • Excellent analytical, interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
  • Excellent oral & written communication skills
  • Strong planning and organizational skills
  • Working knowledge of ms office products (word, excel and outlook)
  • Record of successful leadership
  • Strong facilitation skills
  • Training, coaching, and curriculum development.

The annual salary range for this role is $86,534 - $129,800. Final compensation will be based on relevant experience, qualifications, geographic location, and internal pay equity considerations. Roles within our Commercial and Sales team may be eligible for additional compensation, such as car allowance, cell phone reimbursement, commissions, and/or annual bonuses. Please ask your recruiter for more details about the total package for your role.
