Responsible for Performing various non-complex human resources duties in compensation and benefits. Operates under moderate supervision, with some review of work in progress.
- Implement and maintain Group Life and Medical Insurance schemes in line with Airtel Uganda policies.
- Continuously review Airtel Uganda Benefit packages and policies to ensure competitive advantage and employee retention.
- Staff Payroll management.
- Deliver annual compensation benchmarking and salary structuring information for the Company.
- Prepare Remuneration Offers whilst ensuring internal parity and external competitive advantage.
- Provide analytical & technical support for the delivery of the company’s Compensation programs e.g. SIP.
- Implement processes and procedures relating to performance management that are in line with the Group's performance management policy.
- Effective relationship management with service providers.
Must have:
- University degree in Human Resources/Social Sciences.
- 2-3 years of solid HR knowledge specifically in compensation & benefits administration.
- Prior compensation market pricing and salary survey completion experience.
- Profound knowledge of labour laws as it impacts benefits administration.
- Strong mathematical aptitude and analysis skills for analyzing and developing compensation data and recommendations.
- Ability to deal with ambiguity, tight timelines, multiple priorities, and demanding customers, in a fast-moving, constantly changing environment.
- High degree of professionalism, maturity and confidentiality.
Skills Required
