The opportunity

As the Performance and Campaign Operations Specialist, you will be a key member of the EMEA Operations Team. This role is pivotal in driving operational success and growth by taking full ownership of the region's operational activities. The ideal candidate will analyze performance data, resolve campaign issues, and implement strategic initiatives to enhance overall efficiency and effectiveness. This role is internally known as Audience Engagement Strategist.

Employment Type: Full-Time, 40 hours a week 


What you'll do

  • Strategic Performance Analysis: Analyze and interpret quarterly performance data and utilize data-driven insights to inform decision-making and operational strategies.
  • Campaign Management and Oversight: Serve as the primary point of contact for all EMEA campaign issues, including pacing, delivery, and quality assurance. Drive accountability for issue resolution within the region, ensuring that challenges are addressed swiftly and effectively.
  • Operational Excellence and Reporting: Provide regular, detailed reports on program status and operational concerns to operations leadership. Make informed recommendations for process improvements and solutions based on comprehensive analysis and client requirements.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and support for operational initiatives, fostering a unified approach to regional success. Act as a liaison for regional data needs, proactively communicating these to operations leadership to ensure resource availability.
  • Process Optimization and Compliance: Ensure adherence to established processes for escalation and issue resolution, driving operational consistency across the region. Work closely with leadership to optimize the tele-verification process, ensuring it operates efficiently and effectively.


Who you are

  • 2+ years of experience in lead generation operations, with a proven track record of supporting sales growth
  • Demonstrated ability to partner with Go-To-Market teams and cross-functional departments to drive alignment and results
  • Strong quantitative skills, with high proficiency in Google Suite and Salesforce.com
  • Must have the ability to influence and work collaboratively at all levels of the organization, be comfortable advising senior sales management on key deals to support their business
  • Exceptional communicator with excellent presentation skills, adept at engaging diverse audiences and conveying complex ideas with clarity
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented, bringing a confident, customer-focused approach to problem-solving and delivering top-quality work
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, open to feedback, and adaptable in collaborative environments
  • Agile professional who excels in a fast-paced environment and thrives on continuously pivoting strategies to drive business needs forward

Salary Range
We seek to hire top-tier individuals and intend for our compensation to be at a rate that allows us to recruit and retain individuals who align with our core values, purpose, mission, and vision. Final total compensation is based on a multitude of factors including, but not limited to, skill level, relevant experience to the position, and cost of labor.

Annual pay range

£45,000-£50,000 GBP
