We’re looking for a Performance & Analytics Specialist (HR) to join our People Operations team. This role turns workforce data into actionable insights that help us make smarter decisions about performance, engagement, and organizational health.
Key ResponsibilitiesAs a Performance & Analytics Specialist, you’ll:
- Design, build, and manage HR dashboards tracking KPIs like attrition, productivity, engagement, and SLA performance.
- Analyze workforce data to identify performance trends, burnout risks, and retention opportunities.
- Support quarterly and annual performance review cycles with data-driven insights and calibration reports.
- Partner with Workforce Management (WFM) to align staffing forecasts with headcount planning and performance data.
- Deliver clear, actionable reports for leadership on key metrics — cost per FTE, utilization, and engagement.
- Ensure data accuracy and compliance with HR data standards (GDPR, CCPA).
- Automate alert systems for HR trends like high attrition or engagement drops.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with HRBPs, QA, and Enablement to improve performance outcomes.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Analytics, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in HR analytics, people insights, or workforce performance.
- Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills; proficiency in BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker, etc.).
- Familiarity with HR systems (BambooHR, Workday, Gusto, or similar).
- Excellent analytical storytelling — you turn numbers into narratives.
- High integrity and discretion in handling confidential data.
- Experience in a fast-paced or marketplace/logistics company is a plus.
- Love translating people data into meaningful insights.
- Are equally comfortable in spreadsheets and strategy meetings.
- Value structure, consistency, and compliance as much as creativity.
