If you’re ready to challenge your limits and build your future, join us.Describe the role:Institutional performance team is responsible for calculation and reporting of various performance reports to portfolio managers, associate portfolio managers, client reporting and client servicing teams, custodian and final clients.Analyst will be responsible for day to day activities of the team which include analyzing the Account total return for institutional portfolios which are outside the acceptable tolerance versus the benchmark return or representative account for the investment strategy, preparation and review of various gross of fees and net of fees performance reports along with risk statistics on a scheduled and ad hoc basis, performing various QC and reconciliation tasks for institutional portfolios, reviewing and signing off the account performance on a monthly basis, training and grooming the new joiners on various performance reports and assist the team in SOP documentation etc.Key Accountabilities & Specific Knowledge required
- To meet all KPIs consistently.
- Strong understanding of fundamentals of capital markets and investment performance measurement methodologies etc.
- Good logical, analytical and problem-solving abilities, Attention to detail
- Good interpersonal skills and strong client focus
- Ability to communicate clearly, concisely and effectively.
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize work
- Any Graduate/MBA (Finance)
- Experience in Investment performance measurement up to 2 Years.
- Strong Knowledge of Portfolio Performance Measurement
- Good knowledge of MS Office applications-especially Excel is desirable
