We're investing in operational excellence, digital transformation and continuous improvement, and we're looking for a Supply Chain Performance Analyst to help drive performance across our national Readymix network.
The Role
Reporting to the National Supply Chain Performance & Standards Manager, you will lead the development of supply chain standards, performance reporting and continuous improvement initiatives across our national Readymix operations.
Working closely with operations, logistics, finance, customer service and digital teams, you'll use data and process expertise to improve performance, strengthen governance, reduce costs and enhance customer outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and maintain Supply Chain SOPs, process documentation and governance frameworks.
- Develop and track performance metrics across safety, customer service, operational excellence and commercial performance.
- Deliver meaningful analysis and insights that support better operational decisions.
- Identify and drive continuous improvement opportunities across plants, logistics, fleet and dispatch.
- Lead root cause analysis and corrective actions for operational performance issues.
- Support digital transformation, reporting enhancements and AI-enabled process improvements.
- Partner with operational leaders to embed standards and drive consistent execution across the network.
About You
You'll bring:
- Experience in supply chain, logistics, operations or performance analysis.
- Strong process mapping, governance and continuous improvement capability.
- Advanced analytical skills with experience using Excel, Power BI or similar reporting tools.
- Commercial acumen and the ability to turn data into business insights.
- Proven stakeholder engagement skills and the ability to influence at all levels.
- Experience working within complex, multi-site operational environments.
Experience within construction materials, manufacturing, transport, logistics or heavy industry will be highly regarded.
