What is a day in the life of a Performance Account Manager?

  • Execution of performance marketing channels, particularly Paid Search, Shopping & Product Feeds across your allocated client sets

  • Completing client forecasts with responsibilities for KPIs

  • Implementing to ensure allocated clients are following best in class practices, not just including channel implementation but additional processes such as forecasting and budget management

  • Help problem solve/troubleshoot implementation issues and improve client performance to exceed client KPIs

  • 3+ years of Performance Marketing implementation in an agency

  • 1+ years of ecommerce implementation across Performance Marketing channels

  • A background in developing relationships with both internal and client side stakeholders at various levels

  • Advanced knowledge of key platforms: Google Ads, Google Analytics, Google Merchant Centre and DSPs

  • Excellent attention to detail, communication skills

  • 1 year + of line management experience

  • Experience pitching for new business

  • Experience with Google Docs/Drive & Google Analytics
