Legora is on a mission: to redefine how legal work gets done. From the very start we have been very clear about the fact that we are not building a solution for lawyers, we are building it with them, because it is the only way to make sure it gets done the right way; working side-by-side every step of the way.
Our AI-native workspace empowers legal professionals not just to work faster - but to ask better questions, unlock new insights. Every day, we push the boundaries of legal tech to make complex processes smarter, faster, and more human. From thousands of documents analysed in minutes to intelligent workflows designed in collaboration with leading practices, we’re turning possibility into reality.
Today we are trusted by global firms like Cleary Gottlieb, Goodwin, Bird & Bird and Linklaters in over 40 countries, but we have no plans on stopping here. We ship fast, we iterate effectively, and we scale rapidly - not by accident, but by design.
When you join Legora, you become part of a team that believes "good enough" isn’t good enough and that the way to win is together, by empowering lawyers to do their best work with technology that truly understands them. If you’re excited by building from first principles, working with exceptional people, and accelerating change in a high-stakes, high-impact domain—then this is the moment and the place.
We’re not just shaping the future of legal tech — we’re defining it. Ready to join us in building the intelligent future of law?The Role
As our People Tech Analyst, you’ll own the design, implementation, and scaling of the systems, tools, and data infrastructure that power our people operations as we grow 3× over the next 10 months.
Reporting to the People Tech Lead, you’ll work hands-on across our HR tech stack while partnering closely with People Enablement, IT, Finance, Legal, and business leaders.
Your mission: ensure our people infrastructure scales ahead of the company—not behind it.
What You’ll DoSystem Management & Optimisation
Own and manage our people technology stack, including HRIS, ATS, document management systems, and the cloud-based integrations that connect them.
Configure systems for scalability, security, and regulatory compliance, proactively anticipating future requirements.
Maintain data accuracy, system reliability, and technical documentation to ensure a single source of truth for people data.
Identify manual, repetitive processes across the employee lifecycle and automate them.
Design and build integrations that create seamless, reliable data flows between systems.
Build custom solutions where off-the-shelf tools fall short.
Ensure strong data governance, quality, and integrity across all people systems.
Build the foundations for people analytics and insights-driven decision-making.
Create dashboards and reporting that give leaders visibility into the metrics that matter.
Translate complex HR operations and regulatory requirements into scalable, system-driven solutions that embed compliance by design while increasing operational velocity and efficiency.
Design and document scalable processes across the full employee lifecycle, from hire to retire.
Enable the People Enablement team and managers to use systems confidently and effectively, designing intuitive, user-centric processes that require little to no training—even for non-technical users.
Stay ahead of emerging HR tech trends and evaluate what makes sense for our stage.
Partner with cross-functional teams on people-related system needs and integrations.
Act as the bridge between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
You are a systems-oriented builder. When you encounter manual processes, you instinctively think about how they could be automated, standardised, or eliminated.
You balance technical execution with long-term thinking. You are comfortable configuring complex HRIS workflows and integrations while planning for future requirements at significantly larger scale (500+ employees and beyond).
You approach internal tools with a product mindset. You consider usability, reliability, and adoption across the entire organisation, and you understand when to optimise for robustness versus when to deliver a pragmatic, iterative solution.
What We’re Looking For2-4+ years of experience managing internal technology in high-growth environments.
Deep, hands-on experience with modern HRIS platforms and the broader HR technology ecosystem.
Technical capability to maintain, operate, and evolve cloud based integrations and event-driven workflows.
Strong project management skills, with experience delivering multi-system implementations in fast-paced environments.
Experience with people analytics, data governance, and dashboarding/reporting.
Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to translate between technical and non-technical audiences.
Comfort making decisions with incomplete information and iterating quickly.
Experience supporting or scaling organisations from 100 to 1,000+ employees, or a background in engineering or other technical roles, is a plus.
People technology is foundational to how Legora scales. Every system you implement, process you automate, and data structure you design directly shapes organisational speed, data integrity, and regulatory compliance —enabling impact at pace.
In this role, you will work closely with the People Tech Lead, take ownership of mission-critical systems, and have the trust and executive support required to make high-impact technology decisions.
If you want to build world-class people operations through intelligent systems, automation, and thoughtful technical design—and see the impact of your work immediately and at scale—this role is for you.
