Our People Team Interns will support dynamic, business-driven projects across the People Team, contributing to operational execution, data management, and process improvement initiatives. This role is designed to provide exposure to multiple functional areas, including People Operations, Talent, Analytics, and emerging technologies such as AI.
Our Internship was created to be intentionally flexible and aligned to real-time business priorities, enabling the intern to gain hands-on experience, develop structured problem-solving skills, and contribute to initiatives that enhance team effectiveness and organizational outcomes.
Work Model
Onsite - Eden Prairie, MN
This role requires in-person collaboration five days per week to support team engagement, project execution, and learning. The internship will run for a 10-week duration, with consistent onsite presence required.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide data entry and data quality support across People Team systems and tools
- Assist with AI prompt development and testing to improve workflow efficiency and innovation
- Support process execution, documentation, and continuous improvement of existing workflows
- Contribute to project work across functions such as People Business Partner, Talent, Analytics, and Compensation
- Organize, track, and maintain project deliverables, timelines, and outputs
- Partner with team members to translate business needs into structured tasks and actionable outputs
- Support initiatives aligned with evolving business priorities

Required Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing a bachelor's or graduate degree
- Proven solid organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in team-based environments
- Proven solid written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to operate in fast-paced, ambiguous environments with a willingness to learn
- Ability to work onsite in Eden Prairie, MN five days per week for the full 10-week duration of the internship
Preferred Qualifications:
- Academic background in Liberal Arts, Social Sciences, Business, or analytical disciplines (e.g., Political Science, Sociology, Psychology, Economics, Finance, Communications, Hospitality, or related fields)
- Demonstrated ability to translate academic or extracurricular experiences into structured thinking, problem-solving, or execution
- Leadership or coordination experience in team-based environments
- Experience with data, analytics, customer-facing, or event-based roles
- Experience with or interest in AI tools or emerging technologies
- Demonstrated curiosity about organizations, talent, and culture
Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). The hourly pay for this role will range from $18.00 to $28.00 per hour based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
