For all hires in the Minneapolis or Washington, D.C. area, you will be required to work in the office a minimum of four days per week.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Serve as a strategic People Analytics consultant to People Business Partners and business leaders, providing workforce insights that support business and talent decisions
- Partner with stakeholders to translate business questions and workforce challenges into clearly defined analytics engagements and actionable recommendations
- Analyze workforce data to identify trends, risks, opportunities, and drivers related to turnover, employee listening, workforce planning, talent movement, and organizational effectiveness
- Lead analytics engagements from problem definition through analysis, insight generation, recommendation development, and stakeholder adoption
- Develop and deliver executive-ready presentations, reports, and communications that translate complex analytics into clear business implications and recommended actions
- Build trusted relationships with People Business Partners and senior leaders to proactively identify workforce risks and opportunities
- Promote adoption of self-service reporting solutions and guide stakeholders to the most appropriate analytics resources and tools
- Partner with other analytics and technical teams to ensure high-quality analyses, consistent methodologies, and actionable outcomes
- Maintain appropriate standards for data quality, privacy, confidentiality, and responsible use of employee information

Required Qualifications:
- 7+ years of experience in People Analytics, Workforce Analytics, HR Analytics, HR Consulting, or a related analytical consulting role
- 7+ years of experience partnering with business leaders and stakeholders to solve complex business or workforce challenges through data and analytics
- Demonstrated experience translating data into actionable insights, recommendations, and business outcomes
- Advanced proficiency with Excel, visualization platforms, and AI-enabled analytical tools to accelerate insight generation and support data-driven decision-making
- Proven solid analytical and problem-solving skills, including experience identifying trends, testing assumptions, and interpreting results
- Proven excellent consulting, communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
- Proven ability to work independently in a fast-paced, ambiguous, and evolving environment
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience leading end-to-end People Analytics consulting engagements
- Experience with statistical analysis, predictive analytics, survey analytics, or workforce planning methodologies
- Healthcare industry experience and knowledge of human capital metrics
- Knowledge of workforce planning, turnover analytics, employee listening, organizational effectiveness, or talent management

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). No matter where or when you begin a career with us, you'll find a far-reaching choice of benefits and incentives. The salary for this role will range from $112,700 - $193,200 annually based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
