We are looking for a talented People Support Advisor to join our team specializing in HR for People Support department in Rumst, Belgium
In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:
- Serve as the trusted first point of contact for employees and managers, delivering timely, accurate, and high-quality HR guidance through resolution.
- Strengthen the employee experience by providing clear coaching across the full employee lifecycle, from onboarding to separation.
- Promote fair and consistent application of HR policies, procedures, and local legislation across all functions and teams.
- Support positive employee relations by assisting with conflict resolution, disciplinary processes, and sensitive employment matters.
- Enable efficient HR service delivery by supporting seamless, end-to-end solutions aligned with regional and sub-regional needs.
- Build strong, collaborative relationships with internal HR partners, managers, and employees to drive effective outcomes.
- Amplify the voice of employees and managers by sharing insights and feedback with the right stakeholders.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that enhance HR processes, service quality, and operational efficiency.
To be successful in this role you will need the following:
- Strong customer focus with the ability to manage complex, high-volume inquiries with professionalism and care.
- Solid understanding of HR practices, employee relations, compensation and benefits administration.
- Ability to navigate sensitive situations, manage conflict constructively, and make sound, timely decisions.
- Clear and adaptable communication skills to effectively engage with diverse stakeholders.
Education/ Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 4–6 years of experience in a generalist HR role preferred.
- Knowledge of Belgian labour legislation and payroll processes is a must
- Knowledge of French and or Dutch labor legislation and payroll processes is an asset
- Experience supporting employees and managers across a broad range of HR processes is also a must.
- Experience to work in a corporate environment is recommended
