1. Workforce Planning
- Support the collection, analysis, and reporting of people metrics, including headcount, turnover, and attrition.
- Conduct policy research and assist in updating HR policies, documentation, and guidelines.
- Partner with Client Success Managers (CSMs) to assess workforce requirements and support resource planning and forecasting.
- Analyze workforce trends and provide insights to support talent management and succession planning initiatives.
- Prepare and present workforce reports, dashboards, and HR analytics.
- Support HR projects aligned with business objectives, such as retention initiatives and client workforce planning.
- Translate client workforce requirements into actionable HR initiatives, including upskilling, right-sizing, and retention strategies.
- Identify workforce risks and recommend proactive interventions to improve employee retention and engagement.
- Facilitate New Employee Orientation (NEO) and ensure a positive onboarding experience.
- Coordinate onboarding activities, including device readiness, system access, and training schedules before client endorsement.
- Send weekly Go-Live notifications to clients confirming employees are ready for client onboarding and training.
- Organize weekly New Hire Meet & Greet sessions.
- Conduct onboarding follow-ups and pulse checks during the first 10, 30, 60, and 90 days of employment.
- Gather and analyze new hire feedback to identify opportunities for improving the onboarding experience.
- Monitor early employee engagement and recommend process improvements.
- Ensure onboarding programs align with Booth & Partners' culture and employee experience standards.
- Deliver HR-related training sessions for supervisors and managers as required.
- Serve as the primary HR contact for employees and clients by providing day-to-day HR support through ZohoDesk, email, and chat.
- Manage and coordinate employee and client requests, including overtime, reimbursements, payroll concerns, and HR inquiries.
- Process HR approvals in the absence of line managers, including leave requests, overtime, and employee commendations.
- Administer employee engagement initiatives, including satisfaction surveys, monthly catch-ups, and Quarterly Business Reviews.
- Provide guidance to leaders on employee relations, coaching, engagement, and organizational health.
- Conduct employee pulse surveys and focus group discussions to assess employee sentiment and identify improvement opportunities.
- Partner with CSMs to strengthen employee engagement and reinforce Booth & Partners' culture and values.
- Coordinate employee movement documentation, including regularization, promotions, salary adjustments, and internal memos.
- Facilitate employee relations cases and support conflict resolution between employees and clients.
- Manage performance evaluation processes, including data consolidation and submission for promotions and incentive programs.
- Lead employee engagement, recognition, CSR initiatives, and culture-building activities.
- Deliver leadership training focused on people management, coaching, and performance conversations.
- Coordinate engagement events, monitor participation, and oversee related budgets.
- Manage the end-to-end employee offboarding process, including resignations, clearances, exit interviews, approvals, and documentation.
- Advise stakeholders on workforce transitions, client ramp-ups, downsizing, and organizational changes.
- Communicate HR announcements, policy updates, legal changes, and company communications.
- Participate in client implementation meetings, HRBP discussions, and business review sessions.
- Coordinate client visits, internal meetings, and HR operational activities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure compliance with labor laws, SLAs, international standards, and data privacy requirements.
- Lead employee relations investigations, including fact-finding, documentation, and preparation of Incident Reports (IR), Notices to Explain (NTE), and Notices of Decision (NOD).
- Support performance management initiatives and employee development planning.
- Monitor monthly and annual performance evaluation cycles.
- Coordinate the development, approval, and processing of employee incentive programs.
- Support annual salary reviews, merit increases, and employee development planning.
- Promote and administer employee recognition and rewards programs.
- Advise CSMs and clients on recognition initiatives aligned with employee performance and company culture.
- Drive employee appreciation initiatives, including commendations, recognition programs, and employee spotlights.
RequirementsQualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in Human Resources, preferably in HR Business Partnering and client-facing HR roles.
- Strong background in employee relations, employee engagement, performance management, and HR operations.
- Excellent interpersonal, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
- Strong analytical skills with experience interpreting HR metrics and workforce data.
- Proficiency with HR systems and collaboration tools such as ZohoDesk, Google Workspace, KAMI, and HR reporting dashboards.
- Sound knowledge of Philippine labor laws, HR best practices, and client-facing HR operations.
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and project management skills.
- Ability to balance strategic workforce planning with day-to-day HR operational responsibilities.
- Experience supporting fast-paced and client-driven environments is highly preferred.
Working Conditions:
- Must be willing to work in a hybrid work setup (Once a week in office), with offices in BGC, Taguig City and Makati City
- Must be willing to work in the night shift between 10 PM - 7 AM, 11 PM - 8AM, or 12 AM to 9AM
