Your Impact:
Strategic People Advisory
- Partner with Account Leads to embed people strategy into account strategy, ensuring teams are structured, skilled, and engaged to deliver impact,
- Advise leaders on current and future talent needs, capability gaps, and succession planning,
- Coach managers on high-quality feedback, performance management, and talent development.
- Demonstrate strong working knowledge of HR policies, practices, and compliance,
- Take end-to-end ownership of people-related risks, ensuring fair, compliant, and sustainable decisions.
- Use quantitative analysis to evaluate how HR initiatives affect engagement, retention, productivity, and performance,
- Combine internal people data with external market insights to inform recommendations,
- Present insights in a clear, actionable way to business leaders.
- Lead and support change initiatives that improve employee experience and organizational effectiveness,
- Design and implement people processes that strengthen retention, engagement, and delivery excellence,
- Act as a trusted coach to leaders navigating growth, ambiguity, and transformation.
What You Bring to the Table:
- 6–8 years of experience in HR Business Partnering, People Advisory, or similar roles,
- Proven experience advising senior leaders or account owners, ideally in consulting, technology, or high-growth environments,
- Broad HR exposure across multiple domains rather than deep specialization in a single area,
- Strong business and commercial acumen,
- Solid knowledge of Turkish labor law and HR compliance,
- Analytical mindset with comfort in using data to shape decisions,
- Consulting-style problem-solving and stakeholder management skills,
- Excellent communication skills in English.
