As a Senior Business Analyst, you will provide CRM consultancy in telecommunications, gather and analyze business requirements, optimize processes, oversee technology design, and coordinate communications across teams while working in an agile environment.

Lead client engagements to define and execute technology strategy and transformation. Perform maturity assessments, application rationalization, business-case development, as-is/to-be design, and deliverables using PowerPoint and Excel. Mentor project teams and help develop new offerings.

Design and develop Java-based AI services, integrate machine learning models, manage model lifecycles, and build scalable systems for high-throughput data processing.

The Technology Design Consultant will help clients develop technology strategies, implement transformations, and create architectural designs utilizing modern technologies. This role includes leading projects, conducting workshops, and analyzing business issues to offer innovative solutions.
