We’re looking for a People Strategy Consultant to join Procore’s People Solutions Team. In this role, you’ll be deployed to high-priority, complex cross-functional initiatives across the People Organization, focusing on critical priorities like AI cultural integration, M&A integration, and organizational alignment. Your primary goal is to architect and execute dynamic, product-led solutions for high-impact strategic problem statements across the business.
As a People Strategy Consultant, you’ll partner with Centers of Excellence (COEs), People Analytics, and cross-functional leadership to translate complex business challenges into concrete strategic objectives and execution plans. Use your advanced analytical agility, product-minded customer lens, and agile problem-solving skills to drive high-visibility HR initiatives from concept to reality. This position reports into our Sr. Director of People M&A and People Solutions and will be based in our Austin office. We’re looking for someone to join us immediately.
What you’ll do:
Execute just-in-time strategic initiatives by pivoting quickly to address complex, in-year business challenges across the People Organization.
Architect strategic solutions by taking complex problem statements from leadership, analyzing variable factors, and building concrete execution frameworks.
Lead high-visibility, cross-functional workstreams across and outside your primary area of expertise to achieve key business outcomes.
Champion agile methodologies by operating with a Minimum Viable Product (MVP) mindset, gathering rapid feedback, and iterating on program designs.
Partner closely with Centers of Excellence (COEs) to bring advanced professional knowledge, structure, and execution power to high-priority initiatives.
Approach People programs with a product-minded, customer-first lens, prioritizing end-user employee experience over rigid process compliance.
Leverage data analysis and systems thinking to drive evidence-based decisions and measure the business impact of strategic solutions.
What we’re looking for:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, Organizational Development, or a related field; Master’s degree or MBA preferred.
8+ years of experience in HR Strategy, Management Consulting, or driving complex organizational change.
Proven track record of managing high-priority, cross-functional initiatives from strategy through execution (M&A integration experience is a plus).
Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills, with demonstrated proficiency in using data to diagnose issues and model effective solutions.
Strong consulting acumen with the ability to act as a trusted advisor, influence executive stakeholders, and guide cross-functional decision-making.
High-velocity mindset characterized by proactive initiative, resilience in navigating ambiguity, and strong action orientation.
Deep knowledge of agile methodologies, product-led program management, and employee-centric design frameworks.
Base Pay Range:
129,600.00 - 178,200.00 USD AnnualThis role may also be eligible for Equity Compensation and/or Bonus Incentive Compensation.
