About The Role

We’re looking for a People Specialist to support our European expansion. In this role you will be responsible for supporting the employee life cycle and ensuring a consistently great experience across our different sites (currently London, Paris and Munich). 

What you will do…

  • Serve as the first point of contact for employee inquiries regarding People policies, procedures, and programs.
  • Provide comprehensive administrative support across the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, benefits administration, right to work checks, and document management.
  • Maintain and update employee records in HR systems (HRIS), ensuring accuracy, data integrity, and confidentiality.
  • Support HR Business Partners (HRBPs) with employee relations documentation and operational tasks.
  • Manage employee processes in line with company and departmental procedures, including relocations and visa coordination for international employees.
  • Administer employee benefits and ensure timely communication and resolution of related queries.
  • Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, including right to work checks, government reporting and accurate employee documentation.
  • Optimize and standardize onboarding and HR administration processes to support organizational growth.
  • Contribute to the automation and improvement of HR workflows and operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate closely with People team members to streamline processes and enhance service delivery.

Requirements

Your Experience & Skills

  • Proven experience in a HR administrative or coordinator role, ideally in an international and fast pace tech industry environment
  • Strong working knowledge of People policies, HR operations, and compliance requirements
  • Experience working with HRIS systems and managing sensitive employee data
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to resolving issues
  • Clear and professional communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Excellent interpersonal skills; with the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels
  • High level of confidentiality, integrity, and discretion
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to effectively manage and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • High attention to detail
  • Collaborative mindset and ability to work cross-functionally with HRBPs and other stakeholders

Please note that this is a hybrid position of 3 days/week in our London office.
