The People Services Senior Generalist is responsible for controlling, monitoring, and executing People Services core models, ensuring a One Sanofi, best-in-class service for employees. This role supports employee lifecycle management within the legal framework and Sanofi's corporate policies, maintaining adequate control and minimizing associated risks.

Main Responsibilities:
1. Strategic Benefits Management
Lead vendor management relationships for local benefit providers, driving strategic partnerships, issue resolution, and process optimization across Sanofi benefit programs
Oversee the end-to-end execution of employee benefit programs, ensuring operational excellence in enrollment, termination, invoicing, reporting, procurement, and compliance
Develop and maintain comprehensive benefits documentation systems, establishing best practices for data integrity and compliance
Spearhead Tier 2 support for complex benefits administration issues, implementing solutions that enhance employee experience and customer satisfaction
Orchestrate cross-functional collaboration with key stakeholders to drive integrated benefits processes and strategic improvements
Design and implement standardization and harmonization initiatives for benefits under the Sanofi Multi-Country Organization framework
Serve as subject matter expert and strategic advisor for company benefits policies, particularly for medical insurance, health and vaccination programs
Drive impactful projects, providing thought leadership and specialized expertise as Senior Benefits Generalist
Ensure strategic alignment of benefits operations with Sanofi's global core model and KL Hub framework
Manage end-to-end administration of action shares and LTIs, Oversee the process of identifying eligibility, managing subscriptions, and coordinating with vendors and stakeholders and ensure accurate tax processing and compliance for equity-related benefits.
2. Compliance and Legal Oversight
Ensure all benefits programs and processes are compliant with tax regulations and legal policies
Collaborate with legal and tax experts to interpret and implement complex regulatory requirements
Develop and maintain a robust system for managing legal documentation related to benefits
Oversee tax processing for benefits-related matters, ensuring accuracy and compliance
3. Change Management and Communication
Lead change management initiatives for benefits-related topics, ensuring smooth transitions and stakeholder buy-in
Develop and execute comprehensive communication strategies to effectively disseminate benefits information and changes
5. Process Excellence & Innovation
Lead process transformation initiatives through advanced simplification, standardization, harmonization, and automation strategies
Conduct critical analysis of non-compliant processes, developing comprehensive remediation strategies and implementation roadmaps
Champion continuous improvement initiatives that deliver measurable enhancements to Benefits quality and operational efficiency
6. Governance & Compliance Leadership
Establish robust operational controls to ensure adherence to Internal Control framework
Direct timely completion of Control Self-Assessment (CSA) processes with thorough documentation
Manage resolution of audit findings (Internal and External), implementing preventative measures to address root causes
Ensure team compliance with mandatory training requirements on Sanofi learning platforms
Promote HSE and security excellence through consistent adherence to guidelines and completion of required trainings
7. Professional Leadership & Development
Guide team members while continuously advancing personal expertise through specialized learning opportunities
Lead cross-functional continuous improvement projects that deliver organizational impact
Model career development best practices through proactive management of Individual Development Plan and Career Hub in Workday
Build strategic partnerships with Line Management and other functions to advance professional development initiatives
About you
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
3+ years of experience in HR or related field
Fluency in English required; local language skills (put language/s here) required
Experience in a multicultural environment is a plus
Skills and Competencies:
Solid understanding of HR processes and activities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
Knowledge of HR systems like Workday is advantageous
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
