You will be responsible for designing, executing, and continuously improving key people development programs including Performance Reviews, Engagement Surveys, New Hire Onboarding and more. • Facilitate brainstorms, project meetings, retros, etc. and drive alignment, decision making and action across project teams
    • Lead program communications, including content creation and education, and help ensure clarity on programs for Mercury employees
    • Build program summaries and trend reports for stakeholders and support conversations with executive leadership on program results
    • Evaluate program success against goals using data collection methods that you’ll refine
    • Continuously iterate and improve programs in alignment with stakeholder feedback and evolving business needs
  • Lead new hire onboarding program operations including scheduling and experience, and cultivate a positive and welcoming environment for all incoming new hires

  • Manage vendor partnerships and administration of performance management and employee development tools/platforms. Assess, recommend, and implement new tools, platforms, and vendor partners as we grow
  • Weave company context into everything that you do, and ensure development programs are mapped smartly against broader People team and Mercury initiatives
  • Strengthen the People Team program muscle and build out program and project management best practices to help us scale

Ideally, you’ll have most of the following qualities:

  • 3-5 years of proven experience in program/project management, ideally within HR, Talent Management, Recruiting or Learning & Development functions.
  • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with people across many different work styles and foster collaboration across remote teams
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple large-scale projects simultaneously
  • Comfortable working in ambiguous, ever-changing environments, and able to adapt and pivot with ease
  • Flexibility and adaptability to tackle a wide variety of projects and programs, and expand into new areas of ownership as our team grows
  • Experience with facilitation, and comfort with leading meetings and employee trainings
  • Strategic thinker who can operate from first principles and introduce innovative approaches to the way we do things
  • Familiarity with tools like Lattice and other HR/talent management systems is a plus.

If you don’t fit this mold and feel like you could do a great job, we’d love to hear from you anyway!
