Own Mercury's internal knowledge infrastructure: design taxonomies, schemas, validations, and automations that keep company knowledge accurate, discoverable, and actionable for people and AI. Lead Customer Support's bank-charter remediation and long-term controls/governance programs. Translate regulatory expectations into scalable workflows, policies, controls, and evidence; own partner bank governance, KPI monitoring, SLA oversight, and audit readiness. Partner with Product, Engineering, and Brand to frame problems, prototype solutions, craft detailed interactions and visuals, and ship cohesive physical and digital card experiences informed by customer research and tradeoff-driven decision making.

The Senior Internal Auditor will lead finance and accounting audits, assess risks, plan audits, and ensure compliance with regulations at Mercury.

Join a product-focused engineering team building backend and full-stack features for Mercury's fintech products. Own and ship user-centered experiences, collaborate with designers and product leaders, and work autonomously on small/medium projects. Contribute across Banking, Everyday Experiences, Expansion, or Risk product groups while leveraging AI tools to accelerate development and improve code quality.

Define architecture, tooling, semantic models, metadata, and reusable data products to enable analytics, AI, and operational systems. Drive reliability, observability, data quality, privacy, security, and regulatory compliance while partnering with Product, Engineering, Data Science, Security, and Legal to accelerate product development and decision-making.

Lead and build Brand Creative production capability, personally produce major campaigns across film, photography, motion, experiential and digital, manage budgets, staffing, vendors, and timelines, establish production systems and agency networks, and partner with creative leadership to protect ambitious ideas and ensure high-quality delivery.
