The Role

推动年度人力资源管理项目实施 / Facilitate PP Agenda Implementation under global guidance

  • 年度薪酬管理:负责年度薪酬周期,包括年中薪酬调整和年终薪酬调整,确保薪酬策略与业务战略及市场趋势保持一致。
    Manage annual compensation cycles, including mid-year and year-end adjustments, ensuring alignment with business priorities and market competitiveness.
  • 绩效管理全流程:主导年度绩效管理,包括目标设定、年中绩效沟通、年终绩效评估,确保绩效管理流程有效支持业务目标。
    Lead the full performance management cycle, including goal setting, mid-year conversations, and year-end reviews, ensuring performance processes drive business success.
  • 人才评估与继任计划:组织人才盘点,制定继任计划,识别关键岗位并确保人才储备,支持组织长期发展。
    Conduct talent reviews and succession planning to identify critical roles and ensure robust talent pipelines for sustainable organizational growth.
  • 员工敬业度提升:负责Gallup员工敬业度调查,分析结果并制定改进方案,提升员工体验和团队凝聚力。
    Manage Gallup engagement surveys, analyze results, and implement action plans to enhance employee experience and team engagement.
  • 低绩效管理:识别低绩效员工,制定改进计划并跟进执行,确保团队整体绩效水平。
    Identify low performers, develop improvement plans, and monitor progress to maintain high team performance standards.

作为人力资源管理伙伴,支持运营团队的发展/ Dedicated Support for OPS Team

  • 业务支持:协助运营团队优化组织结构,推动HR流程合理化,为运营团队提供组织/文化/人才/激励等方面的专业建议。
    Assist Ops team in optimizing organizational structure, driving HR process optimization, and providing professional advice on organizational design, company culture, talent development, and employee motivation strategies.
  • 关键岗位继任计划:制定并执行关键岗位继任计划,确保业务连续性和人才稳定性。
    Develop and implement succession plans for critical roles to ensure business continuity and talent stability.

本地人力资源支持 / Local HR Initiative Support

  • 人力资源伙伴报告:根据业务需求,完成周期性或临时性的人力资源分析报告。

Prepare periodic or ad-hoc HR analysis reports based on business needs, providing actionable insights to support decision-making.

  • 新员工入职与培训:组织新员工入职培训,确保顺利融入公司文化和流程。
    Coordinate new hire orientation programs to ensure smooth onboarding and cultural integration.
  • 本地HR项目执行:推动本地HR项目,如员工活动、文化建设,提升员工参与度和满意度。
    Lead local HR initiatives, including engagement programs and cultural activities, to foster a positive work environment.

任职要求:

  • 学历背景
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree or above in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields preferred.
  • 工作经验
  • 3年HRBP相关工作经验,有外企或跨国公司工作经验优先。
    Minimum 3 years of HRBP experience. Experience in foreign/multinational companies with exposure to global HR practices are preferred.
  • 语言能力
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken) for business communication.

Solid knowledge and practical experience in key HR areas, including compensation, performance management, talent development, and employee relations
