This position will play a crucial role in aligning human resources strategies with business goals. This role requires a strong focus on analytical skills and expertise in compensation and total rewards, while partnering with leadership to develop and implement HR initiatives that enhance employee performance, engagement, and retention.
What you'll be doing:
- Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders, providing HR guidance and support.
- Collaborate with leadership to understand business objectives and develop HR strategies to meet those goals.
- Utilize data and analytics to inform HR decisions and strategies.
- Monitor regular HR metrics and reporting to measure the effectiveness of HR initiatives.
- Analyze trends and metrics to develop solutions, programs, and policies.
- Develop, implement, and manage compensation and total rewards programs.
- Conduct market analysis to ensure competitive compensation and benefits packages.
- Provide guidance on salary reviews, promotions, and compensation adjustments.
- Support talent acquisition efforts by partnering with recruitment teams to attract and retain top talent.
- Assist in developing and implementing performance management processes.
- Provide coaching and development opportunities to managers and employees.
- Address employee concerns and grievances, ensuring fair and consistent resolution.
- Foster a positive employee relations environment through effective communication and engagement initiatives.
- Ensure HR practices comply with all relevant labor laws and regulations.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to ensure compliance and competitiveness.
What you need to have:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience as an HR Business Partner or in a similar HR role.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices and labor laws.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
