All about the role:
As part of new HR Delivery Model we are introducing People Partner role whose main objective will be to support leaders to deploy People Plan.

In this role you will work closely and report to Country People Manager and you will have ownership for organization’s short to medium term goals. You will provide people insights and perspectives on business decisions, deploy the tactical aspects of the People Plan and work with more complex People First topics.
 

What you'll do:

You will be a part of the broader People Relations organization and work on various aspects including people plan, workforce planning, organizational development and more.

  •  You will partner with the business leaders to ensure leadership team development, ensuring that leadership team works efficiently.
     
  • You will be accountable for executing the compensation strategy for your area of scope. You will coach and advise leaders how to set and work with compensation, aligned with talent needs, ensuring internal attention to equity. 
  • You will advise employees and people leaders on complex and/or out-of-the-box topics under various People function areas requiring local knowledge and expertise. You will represent the People area in local task forces and other relevant forums.
  • You will design and implement people programs specific to the needs of the area under scope. You will implement global programs locally (e.g. D&I,
    wellbeing) and contextualize to local realities where needed. You will be accountable for local onboarding sessions.
  • You will support processes and address inquiries relating to labor law and compliance. You will provide local legislative, regulatory and labor relations advice for organization change, redundancies, restructuring, M&A, outsourcing and divestments. Monitor and ensure OHS compliance (for further discussion).
  • You will proactively address employee relations issues, conducting investigations and providing resolutions in collaboration with leaders. Monitor employee morale and engagement, implementing initiatives to enhance the overall employee experience.
  • You will guide people leaders on developing performance improvement plans compliant with legal guidelines as well as leverage data and analytics to understand people needs and inform the design and delivery of people programs

Who you are:

  • Bachelor’s degree in law, business or related field; Master’s degree preferred
  • 5-10 years of varied HR experience in a complex, international company (industrial site experience can be a plus)
  • Generalist experience covering a wide array of HR function areas
  • Strong understanding of local labor legislation, regulatory and compliance
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Business English as well as Italian language knowledge is a must
  • You can navigate complex realities, are agile and take ownership and contribute to the mindset change.

Where you'll be:
You will be based in the Electrolux Group Food Preservation global site, in Susegana (TV), only 1 hour’s distance from Venice, newly created Smart Factory 4.0. Here you will interact with different nationalities and functions of the organization such as Quality, Production, and Supply Chain with the common goal to create the refrigeration of the future.
