Latam's Sales organisation is scaling fast, growing from 104 to a projected 161 people by the end of Q4 2026, and this role exists to give that growth a dedicated, senior People voice. As the People Partner for Sales, this person will step in as the trusted advisor to commercial leaders, owning the full people cycle, from performance and engagement to retention and leadership coaching, at a moment when the business genuinely needs it. It's a rare chance to build a partnering function from the ground up in a high-growth commercial environment, shaping how a 160-person sales team performs, retains talent and develops its leaders.
What you'll doAdvise Sales leaders on performance management, talent development, conflict resolution and organisational health, balancing business goals with people-first guidance
Lead full People cycle processes for the Sales organisation, including performance reviews, salary calibrations and engagement surveys, independently and in line with global frameworks
Spot attrition risks and retention patterns early, turning people data into clear insights and recommendations for senior leadership
Coach Sales leaders of varying seniority on feedback, difficult conversations and goal-setting, building leadership capability across the commercial area
Lead the people side of organisational change within Sales, supporting communication and helping teams adapt through transitions
Act as the connection point between the Sales organisation and People Enablement functions such Payroll and People Ops, working across a global-local structure to keep service standards high
Experience of at least 6 years in HR business partnering, including 3 or more years operating independently as a senior People Partner in a commercial or sales-heavy environment
A track record of managing full performance cycles, engagement programmes and complex employee relations cases without close oversight
Strong ability to translate people data such as attrition, engagement and performance trends into insights that shape leadership decisions
Comfort coaching leaders through performance, change and team health challenges, plus confident stakeholder management across senior commercial and global People groups
Solid knowledge of Chilean labour law, together with intermediate to advanced English proficiency
