More about our mission and what we offer.

Job Description

We are seeking a methodical, analytical, and collaborative People Partner Project Manager to join our global People Partners team. In this role, you will play a vital part in executing our People Strategy and business functions’ people plans, ensuring our business scales efficiently while maintaining an exceptional Wiser experience.

Working alongside our People Partners team, you will help turn data into actionable insights and people projects, coordinate and manage complex people projects, and fuel the People team’s seamless engine across People team’s Centre of Excellence teams.

What You’ll Do

  • Deliver End-to-End Project Management - Partner closely with the Global People Partners team, broader People team, and business stakeholders to manage timelines, deliverables, and tracking mechanisms for process dependencies and cross-functional People Partners projects. Lead the everyday coordination of agreed people project activities, actively managing project tracking, chasing deliverables, and maintaining close alignment with key stakeholders.
  • Enable Data-Driven Insights - Maintain, analyse, and visualise agreed People metrics to flag trends, evaluate team health, and build narrative stories using data to inform stakeholder decisions and enable accurate project scoping.
  • Facilitate Change Management - Partner on the design and delivery of project change management and communication plans, ensuring seamless rollouts and organisational alignment across stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Hands-On Project Manager - You have demonstrable experience as a project manager on large, complex projects, getting hands-on with the detailed work of assessing change, developing interventions, and using your expertise to define, plan, and deliver the work.
  • Big Thinker - You're willing to challenge the status quo, speak up, and help others see things from different perspectives. We're not a 'one size fits all' kind of business and we're not looking for off-the-shelf solutions; we need you to think creatively and be flexible in your outlook.
  • Collaboration - Relationships get you out of bed in the morning, and you excel at building and fostering them over time. You are excellent at working across functions and geographies, able to bring people together to achieve a common goal. You're also not afraid to challenge and say no when needed, without creating damage.
  • Communication - You are an effective and thoughtful communicator who is able to understand diverse perspectives and vary your communication style based on the circumstance. You are a strong facilitator and can effectively lead a group through the process of assessing change, planning, and delivering activities to support it.
  • Data-Driven - You'll always start with data, facts, and insights to help inform your approach to solving problems and analysing needs. You have a high proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint and can use data to provide insights, inform decisions, and visualise it to influence others through storytelling.
  • Change Agent - You have robust knowledge of change management principles, methodologies, and tools, along with the ability to adapt and apply them in a way that suits the environment.

What you've done before Wise

  • Project Management - You'll be strongly solutions-focused, able to identify problems and drive initiatives that have a measurable impact. You have worked in or closely with a People team.
  • Project Management in a High-Growth Environment - This'll help you know how to deal with ambiguity and shifting priorities, plus you'll need to have experience working closely with a scaling, global team.
  • Global/Multi-Site Experience - You're experienced supporting leads and employees split across geographies and timezones. One of your superpowers is being able to adapt to many different cultures and backgrounds.
