You've owned an employer-sponsored immigration program directly, including H-1B, O-1, L-1, or PERM cases, and know the process well enough to manage outside counsel rather than just route to them.
You've been an HRBP or people partner through rapid scaling, and your client leaders would hire you again.
You've run sensitive ER cases end to end and your investigations held up.
You move at operating speed: same-day answers, not next-cycle policies.
You know employment law well enough to know when you need counsel.

Skills Required
- Directly owned an employer-sponsored immigration program, including H-1B, O-1, L-1, or PERM cases.
- Experience as an HR business partner or people partner during rapid organizational scaling.
- Experience managing sensitive employee relations cases and conducting defensible investigations end to end.
- Ability to provide same-day answers and operate with urgency.
- Knowledge of employment law sufficient to identify when legal counsel is needed.
- Global mobility experience beyond the United States.
- Experience supporting technical, field, or industrial client groups.
