As our P&O Intern, you won't just be observing; you'll be doing real work that makes a real difference. From helping bring the right talent into Sandoz to shaping the day-to-day experience of our people, you'll get hands-on exposure to the full spectrum of HR in a leading pharmaceutical company. Your Key Responsibilities:
Your responsibilities include, but not limited to:
1. Talent Acquisition
Assist with sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates
Coordinate interviews, assessments, and candidate communications
Support hiring campaigns for interns and entry-level roles
2. People Operations
Support onboarding processes including orientation planning, Day-1 coordination.
Involvement in the project team for the e-onboarding initiative.
Prepare HR documentation such as letters, forms, and ID requests
Assist with HR SOP updates and compliance checks
3. Employee Engagement & Culture
Support execution of engagement activities and internal events
Assist in developing HR communications and announcements
Help prepare pulse surveys and compile insights for improvements
Participate in culture-building initiatives across the organisation
4. Data & Analytics
Maintain HR dashboards covering people, onboarding, and recruitment metrics
Work with Excel to manage and visualise people data
What you’ll bring to the role:
Essential Requirements:
Pursuing a degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, Communications, or a related field
CGPA of atleast 3.0
Strong communication and organisational skills
Able to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion
Proactive, curious, and genuinely eager to grow
Strong verbal & written proficiency in English
Available to commit to at least 10 weeks
Learning Outcomes:
By the end of your internship, you will have:
End-to-end understanding of P&O processes within a pharmaceutical environment
Hands-on exposure to Talent Acquisition operations and employer branding
Working knowledge of onboarding workflows, HR compliance, and PDPA basics
Developed professional communication, stakeholder management, and HR reporting skills
Practical experience with Excel, HR dashboards, and productivity platforms
