Build workflows, integrations, and automations — AI-powered where productive — so that foundational people-related data is systematic and processes run themselves
Unlock the productivity of hiring managers with tooling, templates, and scheduling to enable rapid and high-quality hiring processes across the world
Improve Scarlet’s ability to source top-tier talent across different functions and roles
Design onboarding journeys that get new teammates productive fast, optimising across finance, legal and operations to achieve a fantastic first week in the office
Handle employee contracting, contractor onboarding, and EOR management using HRIS effectively in order to scale business operations globally
Own salary and compensation administration, and support payroll across various entities and employment arrangements

Skills Required
- 1-3 years' work experience in operations or start-ups
