What You Will Do
Key Responsibilities:

1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment process (sourcing, screening, interviews, and hiring).
  • Coordinate with departments to identify hiring needs.

2. Employee Relations & Personnel Management

  • Handle employee inquiries and resolve workplace issues.
  • Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy.

3. Performance Management

  • Support performance appraisal processes.
  • Monitor employee performance and provide reports.

4. HR Operations & Compliance

  • Ensure compliance with HR policies and labor laws.
  • Handle onboarding and offboarding processes.

5. HR Systems & Data Management

  • Update and maintain HR Information Systems (hiring, transfers, promotions, terminations).
  • Prepare HR reports when needed.

6. Medical & Insurance Administration

  • Handle medical claims and approvals.
  • Manage medical cards and reimbursement processes with insurance providers.

Requirements

What Are We Looking For
Requirements:

1–3 years of professional HR experience

Good command of English (both written and spoken)

Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills

Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
