Responsibilities

Providing accurate and well thought responses to general employee inquiries Increase responsiveness to employees

Maintain existing initiative elements and improving upon these processes

Manage data integrity maintaining organizational structure and projects in real time

Functioning as a client and employee facing service representative for the Human Resources Team

Handling employee life cycle changes including, promotions, demotions, etc.

Present as an additional channel of communication and support

Own and track initial Leave of Absence inquiries to determine appropriate next steps

Administers and educates Human Resources policies, programs, and practices across dedicated for our dedicated markets

Working in collaboration with other areas, such as IT (Information Technology), Operations, HR, Training & Education, etc. to ensure the best employee experience

Support change management initiatives by assisting with communications and implementation

Collaborates on developing training plans for both HR and non-HR systems and functions (including Workday, Deputy, NinthBrain, PerformYard, etc.)

Serves a pivotal point of contact for employees, researching and resolving payroll issues, benefit inquiries, employment verifications and providing general employee customer support

Owns monthly audits of new hire data/access to ensure employees are properly set-up in Company systems; works closely with Payroll and Corporate HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) team to address any issues in onboarding occurring in Company HRIS or in system provisioning

Assists with the facilitation of new hire orientation and ensures required training is completed by employees

Manages the maintenance of personnel/medical files, E-Verify administration, background, drug screening, and DMV adjudication review procedures

Culture Change Agents assess employee satisfaction, through engagement and tracking of trending issues identified through problem solving and working through staff concerns Ensures compliance with federal and state. and local labor laws to reduce potential for litigation

Undertakes special projects as directed
Required Education & Experience:

High School Diploma or Equivalent
-
Proven working experience in providing employee support or Human Resources administrative services

Working knowledge of support desk software, employee databases, and Microsoft 365 suite
