The Role


As iDeals keeps growing and developing, we are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive People Operations Specialist remotely in Ukraine to fill our team.

Collaborating closely with iDealers across 30 countries, you will report to the Director of People Operations and work with other 9 HR Specialists.

As a People Operations Specialist, you will handle the essential operational HR tasks that keep our global team running smoothly. From managing onboarding coordination and employment paperwork to overseeing benefits administration and HRIS updates, you'll ensure our HR operations are efficient and organized. 


What You Will Do

  • Oversee the ticketing system, resolving HR-related queries timely and efficiently
  • Lead pre-onboarding and onboarding activities, including HR orientation and policy sessions
  • Manage employee benefits, including budget calculations, Rydoo expense tracking, vendor management, and employee support
  • Handle employment paperwork, leave management, and ensure compliance with labor laws
  • Update and maintain HRIS data for new hires, promotions, and internal transfers; export data for analytics
  • Coordinate off-boarding and manage internal communications

What We Look For

  • Advanced English proficiency (C1 level or higher)
  • Proven HR Operations experience, managing tickets of varying complexity with a people-focused approach
  • Strong planning, organizational, and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment
  • Exceptional communication, both verbal and written, with clarity and persuasiveness
  • Solid track record in benefits administration, including budget and vendor management, supplier negotiations
  • Basic knowledge of local labor laws, including annual leave and contracts
  • Detail-oriented with a proactive, data-driven mindset
  • Resilience and a positive attitude, even in challenging situations
  • Commitment to continuous personal and professional development

  • Familiarity with international labor regulations
  • Experience in IT product industry
  • Experience in legal/people analytics/crisis/emergencies management/tools implementation
