Reporting to the Senior Director, People Operations & Analytics, the People Operations Specialist will help facilitate our people processes and programs across Human Resources, Learning & Development and Talent Acquisition for global teams, creating a world class employee and candidate experience. 

The ideal candidate will bring a hardworking approach, and be a fast learner with outstanding follow up skills and attention to detail. This is an outstanding and exciting role for an early career professional that is looking for a growth opportunity on the People Team in a global organization. 

Essential Functions include:

  • Strives for excellence in supporting the full life-cycle of both the candidate and employee experience
  • Responsible for maintaining data integrity and a high level of accuracy in our ATS and HRIS systems with all job and employee data changes (new hire data entry, job changes, req creation, etc) in accordance with global processes. 
  • Creates impactful dashboards and reports for People Team trends and performance as needed.
  • Performs regular system audits to ensure data integrity, including payroll and reporting accuracy.
  • Owns responsibility for Acquia’s Applicant Tracking System, HRIS, Benefits Systems and operates as the Subject Matter Expert on daily interactions and platform improvements; ensuring data is accurate and available for reporting.
  • Prepares an offer packet and preboarding for the finalist which includes: offer letter creation, background checks, policy documents, new hire form, etc
  • Partners with HRBP and Finance teams to drive monthly payroll cycle 
  • Submits and tracks invoice processing for people systems and employment matters as needed using the purchase order system
  • Act as first point of contact for tier one ATS & HRIS questions and issues.
  • Executes compliance related reporting and activities in partnership with the HR Team.
  • Quickly build, automate, load HR reporting for internal and external systems around the business.
  • Produce market benchmarks and other compensation data as requested.
  • Collaborate with employees on HR inquiries and processes, consistently demonstrating customer service and integrity.
  • Maintains knowledge of HR practices in the industry; performs research to help problem solve.
  • Package and present recommendations to key partners through a thoughtful combination of quantitative analysis and contextual storytelling
  • Regional Subject Matter Expert for all HR/TA/Benefits related tools and platforms including reviewing of tools and process for optimization and keeping all process documentation up to date and centralized
  • Other Ad Hoc duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications

  • 1-3 years of relevant People Team Operations/Specialist experience 
  • Outstanding customer service skills, excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Executes with a high sense of urgency. Ability to effectively organize, prioritize, and balance multiple projects simultaneously while remaining flexible to the needs of the business
  • Ability to interact, build relationships and influence at all levels of the organization, work in a team-oriented, collaborative and supportive manner.
  • Ability to work independently and within cross-functional teams successfully 
  • Exhibits a positive, professional demeanor and maintains confidentiality at all times
  • Optimally executes with an eye to create efficiencies while implementing standard methodologies
  • Demonstrates effective critical thinking, decision-making and problem solving
  • Self-starter with a strong growth mindset and solutions-oriented with solid attention to detail and accuracy
  • Prior experience with MS Office; strong Powerpoint and Excel experience for data analysis, reporting
  • Greenhouse, ADP, system experience is a plus
