What you’ll do
You'll be responsible for supporting our London office and ensuring smooth People Operations processes. Your key tasks will include:
- Ensure the accuracy of all employment documents and payroll inputs
- Update HR policies and procedures to ensure they are consistent with any changes in legislation and best practices
- Manage on-boarding and off-boarding processes, oversee benefits management, and handle visa application processes.
- Manage and update the internal database and HRIS to ensure employee records are accurate and up to date
- Generate various reports and participate in compensation and benefits projects, providing insights and support.
- Participate in HR projects, including events management and broader people operations initiatives.
- Act as the first point of contact for visitors, assist new joiners, and support local staff with office administration and management.
What you’ll bring
We are looking for someone who has:
- A strong interest in the HR domain with a generalist focus
- Holds solid theoretical understanding of HR best practices
- Studies or certifications in HR-related fields
- Solid understanding of relevant labor legislation and regulations
- Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
- Outgoing personality, excellent communication, and organizational skills
- A commitment to integrity and dependability
- Proficiency in English, both written and spoken

- Maintaining precise employment records and ensuring HR policies comply with legislation.
- Smooth management of on-boarding, off-boarding, and benefits processes.
- Keeping the HRIS and internal databases updated and accurate.
- Contributing effectively to HR projects and initiatives.
- Serving as a reliable point of contact and support for staff and visitors.
