The Role


About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced People Operations Specialist to join our team in Israel. In this role, you will be responsible for optimizing processes and leveraging technology to support our rapidly growing high-tech company. Reporting to the People Business Partner, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficiency, accuracy, and compliance of our People operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Optimize People Processes: Utilize technology to improve workflows and boost efficiency.
  • Lead Implementation and Management: Oversee the implementation and management of HRIS and other technologies, enhancing data integrity, reporting capabilities, and employee experience.
  • Develop People Policies: Create and maintain People policies, procedures, and guidelines in line with industry best practices and regulatory requirements.
  • Support Employee Lifecycle: Automate and improve processes for onboarding, off-boarding, performance management, and employee relations through technology.
  • Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with IT and other teams to implement and integrate People technology solutions seamlessly.
  • Analyze People Data: Use People data and metrics to identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement, driving data-driven decision-making.
  • Stay Current with People Trends: Keep abreast of emerging People technologies and trends, continuously seeking opportunities to innovate and optimize People operations.


Skills and Experience:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 
  • Experience: At least 5 years of progressive experience in People operations, specifically in a startup environment.
  • People Technology: Demonstrated experience in implementing and managing People technology solutions, such as HRIS, ATS, and performance management systems. Experience with HiBob, Paylocity, Culture Amp, and Comeet is a plus.
  • People Knowledge: Strong understanding of People principles, practices, and compliance requirements, with a focus on leveraging technology for efficiency and accuracy.
  • Analytical Skills: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and metrics to inform strategic decisions.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, and constantly evolving
