Job Summary:
Executes end-to-end People Operations support for ADES Production Services. Based in Egypt and supporting operations across multiple countries, the role coordinates recruitment, onboarding, employee lifecycle transactions, mobilization and rotations, employee relations, performance and capability processes, HR data, and reporting to ensure the workforce is available, compliant, accurately documented, and supported in line with business requirements and P&O governance.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Manage assigned vacancies from sourcing and screening through interviews, offers and pre-employment requirements.
- Coordinate onboarding, probation, transfers, promotions, contract changes and offboarding, maintaining complete employee records and HR-system data.
- Support mobilization, rotations, assignments and workforce planning through accurate trackers and cross-functional follow-up.
- Respond to employee and manager queries and support policy application, employee-relations documentation and case tracking.
- Coordinate performance reviews, training and competency matrices, engagement and other people initiatives.
- Validate monthly employee inputs, prepare people dashboards and improve workflows, templates, records and service levels.
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, Management or a related discipline.
- 3-5 years of experience in People Operations, HR generalist work, recruitment or employee-lifecycle administration.
- Hands-on recruitment, HR documentation, employee-data and stakeholder-coordination experience.
- Good knowledge of Egyptian labor requirements; multi-country or project-based exposure is an advantage.
- Excellent English and Microsoft Office skills; Oracle HCM or another HRIS are advantages.
Skills Required
