- Support Mobility & Remote Requests: Coordinate administrative processes for relocation, immigration/visas, and complex remote work requests.
- Drive Process Improvement & Automation: Identify manual friction points and implement automated solutions; maintain high data integrity in Workday and optimize ticket workflows in Jira.
- Manage Knowledge & Content: Eliminate operational bottlenecks and maintain clear, transparent team documentation (e.g., Confluence) to drive clarity and efficiency across the business.
- Deliver Global Initiatives: Partner with global cross-functional teams to align on background check processes and ensure smooth delivery of Wise-specific policies (e.g., Sabbatical Policy).
This role offers you the opportunity to:
- Serve as a Core Employee Partner: Act as a primary contact for employee queries, leave policies, benefits, medical checks, and non-routine case exceptions.
- Lead Quality & Mentorship: Perform four-eye accuracy checks, mentor junior team members, and provide reliable operational backup support across the team.
- Champion Operational Audit & Compliance: Support internal and external audits while implementing necessary operational updates to maintain full legal compliance.
- Scale Global Projects: Participate in local and global cross-team projects designed to scale operations and leverage HR technology.
A bit about you:
- Education & Expertise: You hold a university degree (preferably in HR, Economics, or a related field) and possess solid, hands-on knowledge of Hungarian employment legislation.
- Bilingual Communicator: You possess excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Hungarian and English.
- Customer & Employee Experience Focus: You bring a customer-centric mindset with a genuine passion for delivering high-quality employee support and creating exceptional workplace experiences.
- Tech & Automation Drive: You have a passion for HR technology, data accuracy, and leveraging automation to reduce manual tasks across systems like Workday, Jira, and Confluence.
- Eagle-Eyed Accuracy & Judgment: You have outstanding attention to detail, maintain high standards for data privacy, and exercise sound judgment in complex or non-routine scenarios.
- Mindset & Ownership: You show high accountability, adapt easily to fast-paced environments, bring a positive "can-do" attitude, and align strongly with our Wise values.
