Position Overview:
This role supports the employee lifecycle through onboarding and offboarding, HR systems administration, employee records management, regulatory compliance, and recruitment support. This role also serves as a key resource for employees and managers, supports HR operations and reporting, and contributes to employee engagement, recognition, and culture initiatives while ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance across all functions.

Roles and Responsibilities:
- Manage the full employee lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding, employee status changes, and personnel record administration.
- Support recruitment operations by monitoring pre-employment requirements and ensuring completion of background checks, reference checks, and technology assessments prior to start dates.
- Coordinate employee equipment provisioning, account setup, access modifications, and offboarding equipment retrieval processes.
- Maintain the accuracy and confidentiality of employee and candidate records, including employment documentation, background checks, reference checks, policy attestations, and regulatory filings.
- Management of employee data across HR systems (HRIS, performance, recognition, payroll), conduct audits, resolve discrepancies, and generate reports to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
- Support HR compliance initiatives, including I-9, E-Verify, HIPAA, state new hire reporting, training compliance, audit preparation, and adherence to federal, state, and multi-state employment laws while identifying and escalating potential compliance risks.
- Maintain HR policies, employee handbook documentation, and policy acknowledgment processes, ensuring records remain current and compliant.
- Support People Operations initiatives by assisting with HR technology implementations, open enrollment, W-2 distribution, process improvements, as well as employee engagement programs, recognition initiatives, company events, and culture-building activities that enhance employee satisfaction, morale, and retention.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with People Operations, Talent Acquisition, IT, managers, and business stakeholders to improve employee experience and operational effectiveness.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in U.S. Human Resources, People Operations, or onboarding specialization
- Experience with HRIS systems and basic proficiency with Google Suite
- Prior experience using ADP TotalSource, U.S. payroll systems, and AI platforms is an advantage
- Must be willing to work in Makati
- Amenable to work Monday to Friday on U.S. business hours
- Willing to work full-time onsite.
- Excellent communication (verbal, written, and presentation) and interpersonal skills are essential.
- Has strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced, evolving organization.
