ABOUT THE ROLE
The People Operations Coordinator owns the day to day execution of core HR processes across the employee lifecycle. You'll manage new hire onboarding in Paylocity from offer acceptance through Day 1 readiness, coordinate system access with IT, and process employee changes while keeping HR data accurate and audit ready. You'll also serve as a first point of contact in the HR inbox, support leave of absence tracking, and manage offboarding from separation paperwork through equipment recovery. Along the way, you'll help identify and implement improvements to our HR processes and documentation.
We're all about that in-person vibe—this role is 100% on-site! If you're excited to work side-by-side with our team (or are ready to make the move), then you're a perfect fit. If not, we kindly ask you to hold off on applying. Thanks for understanding and happy job hunting!
