We're in high-growth mode, so this role will initially focus on recruiting — supporting the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews and delivering a great candidate experience.
As we scale, you will serve as a backup to our People Ops team on general support, including onboarding, employee records, and other People team initiatives. This is a great opportunity for someone early in their career who wants to build deep recruiting expertise while developing into a well-rounded People Operations professional.
What You'll Do
Recruiting (primary focus)

Screen resumes and assist Talent Acquisition Lead with initial video screens to assess qualifications and fit
Coordinate interview scheduling between candidates and hiring managers
Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in our ATS, Ashby
Draft and post job descriptions in partnership with hiring managers
Communicate with candidates throughout the process to ensure a positive experience
Support employer branding efforts (career page content, social media, etc.)
Assist with offer letter preparation and pre-employment processes (background checks, assessments)
Continuously look for ways to improve recruiting processes and candidate experience
General HR Support (as we scale)
Support new hire onboarding, including paperwork, systems setup, and first-week logistics
Help maintain accurate employee records and HR data in our HRIS (UKG Ready)
Assist with day-to-day employee questions on policies, benefits, and general HR processes
Help coordinate logistics for training, company events, and other People team programs
What We're Looking For
1–3+ years of experience in a staffing agency, corporate talent acquisition, or a broader HR/People Operations role
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field, or equivalent experience in lieu of degree
Familiarity with ATS platforms (e.g., Ashby, Greenhouse, etc.) is a plus
Basic understanding of sourcing techniques (Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter) is a plus
Passion for connecting people with great career opportunities, with genuine interest in growing into broader HR generalist work
Nice to Have
Experience recruiting for multiple business units (R&D, GTM, G&A, etc.)
Exposure to HRIS platforms (e.g., Rippling, BambooHR, Workday) or general HR administration
Basic knowledge of employment law and compliance requirements
