Lead multiple complex enterprise SaaS implementation projects from planning through delivery. Responsibilities include managing schedules, governance, RAID logs, risks, dependencies, stakeholder communication, executive reporting, customer workshops, and cross-functional coordination with Product, Engineering, Support, Sales, and implementation teams. The role also supports internal process improvements and occasionally travels to client sites for key milestones.

Lead the end-to-end UX strategy and hands-on design for a complex government-funding platform. Build the design system, component library, style guide, accessibility and responsive standards, personas, user journeys, and prototyping practice. Redesign workflows to reduce friction, conduct user research, use analytics to measure outcomes, and influence product, engineering, QA, and leadership without direct reports.

Owns the end-to-end lifecycle, vision, roadmap, discovery, launch, and iteration for SaaS platform capabilities, especially financial workflows and scalability. Partners with engineering, leadership, customers, sales, marketing, and customer success to prioritize initiatives, improve adoption, manage cross-functional dependencies, and ensure performance, compliance, and customer value. Uses product analytics, market research, and AI tools to guide decisions and identify opportunities.

Lead Contract Attorney to draft, review, and negotiate SaaS, MSAs, government and partner agreements; manage contract lifecycle, advise Sales/Product/Security, support public-sector solicitations, and contribute to templates, playbooks, and compliance efforts.

Partner with the CFO and cross-functional leaders to own budgeting, rolling forecasts, KPI dashboards, SaaS metric analysis, board and investor reporting, financial modeling, and process automation. Drive improvements, implement AI/automation, and deliver actionable insights to inform strategic decisions and scale finance operations.

Lead executive relationships for 8-10 enterprise government clients, drive retention, expansion, and account profitability, advise on program design and regulatory issues, coordinate delivery and implementation teams, support pursuits and pricing, and act as the voice of the customer into Product and Engineering.

Serve as the technical lead in pre-sales: run discovery-led demos, maintain demo environments, shape technical RFP responses, capture scoping for clean handoffs to implementation, and enable revenue teams across core and enterprise deals.

Lead end-to-end SaaS implementations for enterprise public-sector grant programs: gather requirements, configure platform workflows and rules, manage multi-workstream project plans, engage executive stakeholders, run testing and UAT, train users, drive adoption, and coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure successful go-live and knowledge transfer.

Own a portfolio of public-sector enterprise clients, advise on HUD and disaster recovery program compliance, drive adoption and retention, translate client and regulatory needs into product improvements, and coordinate cross-functionally to ensure program success and audit readiness.
