Redesign workflows to reduce friction, conduct user research, use analytics to measure outcomes, and influence product, engineering, QA, and leadership without direct reports.

Lead Contract Attorney to draft, review, and negotiate SaaS, MSAs, government and partner agreements; manage contract lifecycle, advise Sales/Product/Security, support public-sector solicitations, and contribute to templates, playbooks, and compliance efforts.

Partner with the CFO and cross-functional leaders to own budgeting, rolling forecasts, KPI dashboards, SaaS metric analysis, board and investor reporting, financial modeling, and process automation. Drive improvements, implement AI/automation, and deliver actionable insights to inform strategic decisions and scale finance operations.
