This is a remote position. To help our teams work together effectively, this role requires you to be located in the Philippines. The candidate for this role must be open to working during AMER hours to support our AMER-based employees.

We're on the look-out for hard-working, detail-oriented people, who'll be looking after several HR processes such as HRIS Data Management, onboarding & off-boarding and compliance.
What you'll do

• Manage HRIS Data
• Respond, track, and close employee queries promptly
• Onboard and off-board employees
• Assist in document administration
• Manage compliance and ensure quality output
• Initiate process improvements

Your background

• Have completed a Bachelor's Degree preferably in Human Resources or Psychology
• Have excellent verbal and written English skills
• Have an experience in HR Shared Services (HR Administration or HRIS support)
• Have an experience using Workday
• Are experienced in supporting global teams
• Are passionate about getting the job done correctly
