We’re looking for experienced and motivated individuals to join our journey in developing next-generation autonomous vehicles.
The People Data Analyst will drive data-driven workforce insights, providing clear, actionable reports to Leadership. You'll be the first point of contact for all People Data matters and support the team in shaping our people strategy through data storytelling and operational excellence.
- Data Reporting: Identifying workforce trends and issues. You'll provide regular updates to the People Team and Leadership, ensuring they have clear insights to make informed decisions.
- First Point of Contact: Act as the primary liaison between the People department and employees, providing timely and empathetic support for inquiries and issues.
- People Helpdesk Management: Efficiently manage the People Helpdesk ticketing system, ensuring that all employee requests and questions are addressed promptly and accurately.
- Benefits Administration: Oversee and administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, cycle to work, and other company-provided benefits. Assist employees with benefits enrollment and answer any related questions.
- Onboarding & Offboarding: Assist in both, ensuring that the team is set up to be able to make this as great an experience as possible for all involved.
- Continuous Improvement: Contribute to the continuous improvement of HR processes and policies, aiming to enhance efficiency and the overall employee experience.
About you
In order to set you up for success as a People Data Analyst at Wayve, we’re looking for the following skills and experience.
Essential
- Experience using data to tell compelling stories that drive insights and decision-making.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with an ability to handle sensitive matters with empathy and confidentiality.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail, with an ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and familiarity with ticketing systems.
- Highly skilled in Excel/GSheets.
- A commitment to fostering a positive work environment and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Desirable
- 1-2 years of experience in a HR or People Data Analyst role.
- Experience in building data dashboards for management.
This is a full-time role based in our office in London. At Wayve we want the best of all worlds so we operate a hybrid working policy that combines time together in our offices and workshops to fuel innovation, culture, relationships and learning, and time spent working from home.
