Job Responsbilities
- Talent Acquisition (40%)
- Responsible for the full cycle of recruiting.
- Update labor market information and trends.
- Promote employer branding activities and events.
- Build up a talent pool.
- Develop relations with recruitment partners.
- Periodic projects in Talent Acquisition initiated by People Ops Team.
- Operations - Engagement (60%)
- Deliver smoothly operational activities of People Operations in Hanoi and other different working locations (if any)
- Oversee office maintenance, office assets, security, cleanness
- Propose & develop engagement activities in order to build up a strong and positive working environment.
- Deliver a well-structured communication plans over the company's welfare activities and events.
- Update personal information and do filing with maintaining confidentiality records, information of the employees.
- Advise / provide the existing & new employees with information about Company policies as well as regulations.
- Assist People Ops Manager to build up training plans and organize them.
- Support People Ops Manager in HR strategies regarding the short & long-term development of the employee based on HR standard programs of the company.
- Ad hoc tasks assigned by People Ops Manager
Job Requirements
- Vietnamese nationality, Undergraduate degree, preferably in Business Administration or HR management;
- At least 02 years of HR-related experience;
- Good understanding of insurance procedure with Vietnamese Labor Code and and insurance law, PIT law; Employee relation issues like Disciplinary, Absence, Performance & Development, Redundancy, etc;
- Hardworking, Proactive, Flexible & organized skills, Friendly, Reliable, Independent, Considerate & Self-motivated personality.
- High commitment at work
- Very energetic and passionate to engage everyone into social activities;
- Good English, good skills of Microsoft office programs;
- Worked in a start-up before (good to have!).
