What you’ll doDesign learning that makes an impact
- Develop and deliver end-to-end learning programmes aligned to business goals
- Create engaging training content, from induction to leadership development
- Ensure all learning is relevant, practical, and performance-driven
Turn data into development
- Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) and identify skills gaps
- Track learning effectiveness and measure ROI of training initiatives
- Provide insights that inform succession planning and team growth
Drive a culture of continuous learning
- Partner with managers to align learning with team and business needs
- Support onboarding, reboarding, and continuous development journeys
- Introduce new learning tools, systems, and best practices
Lead delivery and facilitation excellence
- Facilitate high-quality training sessions across the business
- Ensure consistent standards in learning delivery and assessments
- Evaluate and continuously improve learning interventions
Own the learning ecosystem
- Manage training schedules, reporting, and documentation
- Ensure accurate tracking of training data and compliance
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders and external providers
- 5+ years’ experience in a learning & development / training environment
- Experience designing and delivering end-to-end training programmes
- Strong understanding of training methodologies, assessments, and learning frameworks
- Experience with skills gap analysis and training needs analysis
- Strong reporting and analytical skills
- A passion for developing people and unlocking potential
- Strong facilitation and presentation skills
- Ability to turn insights into practical learning solutions
- A proactive, innovative mindset—always looking for better ways to learn
- Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing skills
