This role is based in East Hanover, NJ.
How you will contribute
You will:
  • Strategic Business Partnership:
    • Partner with senior leaders and executives across national business units to develop and execute people strategies aligned with organizational goals.
    • Serve as a trusted advisor on complex workforce matters including organizational design, talent management, succession planning, and change management.
    • Translate business objectives into actionable HR strategies with measurable KPIs and outcomes.
    • Influence and coach senior leaders on people-related decisions using data-driven insights.

  • Org & Capabilities:
    • Partner on organization design and implementation of people plans, function transformation agendas, accelerating core capability development in line with strategic plans.

  • Talent:
    • Own the end-to-end talent agenda. Partner with leaders and the Talent Acquisition team to attract high-caliber talent, onboard them into the business, and as well as build internal succession through development planning.

  • Culture:
    • Partner with leaders to enable a growth culture that translates into employee engagement.

  • Transformation:
    • Provide People support on transformation initiatives, as needed.

  • Rewards:
    • Support compensation and recognition decisions as part of the talent strategy.

  • Change Management:
    • Partner with leaders to support and guide organizations through transition and transformation projects.

  • Data Analytics & Insights:
    • Build predictive models and dashboards to identify trends in turnover, engagement, performance, diversity, and workforce planning.
    • Partner with HRIS, IT, and Finance teams to ensure data integrity, integration, and accessibility across platforms.

  • National-Level Process Excellence:
    • Design, standardize, and continuously improve HR processes and frameworks across all national locations to ensure consistency, efficiency, and scalability.

What you will bring

  • Broad generalist HR skills across a range of populations with increasing responsibility ideally within FMCG/CPG.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a business partner.
  • Ability to develop strong partnerships with function leaders.
  • Ability to create a change strategy and lead complex and transformation change.
  • Ability to engage, inspire, and influence people.
  • Future focused by thinking ahead and anticipating new opportunities, leverages an outside in perspective through understanding of market trends.

Salary and Benefits:
The base salary range for this position is $97,300 to $133,815; the exact salary depends on several factors such as experience, skills, education and location. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for participation in a highly competitive bonus program with possibility for overachievement based on performance and company results. In addition, Mondelez International offers the following benefits: health insurance, wellness and family support programs, life and disability insurance, retirement savings plans, paid leave programs, education related programs, paid holidays and vacation time. Some of these benefits have eligibility requirements. Many of these benefits are subsidized or fully paid for by the company.
