Let’s talk about the team:

The primary role of the People Operations function is to provide People operations and administrative support to Business, employees and People teams to ensure consistent application and integration of policies, procedures and practices. Key deliverables include, maintenance of accurate & efficient employee information & other data points, payroll management and benefits transactions, People policies and procedures. Document control for defined operations processes to ensure compliance to policy, quality and statutory requirements.

Let’s talk about the role:

  • Administer and maintain HRIS systems to develop and implement reports, audits, and quality control processes to maximize efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Perform analysis and reporting of human resources data. Create both routine and ad-hoc reports that are audience-appropriate, timely, and accurate.
  • Participate in and support HRIS upgrades and implementation projects.
  • Assist and support the HRIS team in improving functionality and integration of HRIS systems in resolving software problems.
  • Analyze HR processes to make recommendations for HRIS systems and system improvements; work with internal resources and external vendors to implement solutions for system improvements.
  • Manage individual and team workflow and deadlines. Assist with short-term and long-term planning, and provide policy, program, and continuous improvement recommendations.
  • Assists with projects such as data and workflow management, performance and compensation administration, learning management design, and training.
  • Maintain and validate team member data in People Systems
  • Create, streamline, and upkeep core PSS processes to drive efficiency and best-in-class team member experience.
  • Must possess an excellent judgement to prioritize work, handle multiple projects at once, and meet objectives
  • Communicate via ticketing system ensuring timeliness, accuracy, and audience-appropriate messaging

Let’s talk about you:
 

  • Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 3-5 years of Human Resources experience in HRIS maintenance and support
  • Commitment to learning and providing Workday HCM design and configuration
  • Prior experience working with HR systems. (We are on Workday as our HRIS)
  • Strong familiarity with MS Office and bility to perform Excel pivot tables and v-lookups
  • Strong focus on customer- service including outstanding interpersonal skills.
  • Attention to detail and follow-through
  • Ability to work as a team member with the ability to flex with changing priorities based on business needs
  • Ability to maintain strict confidentiality
