The Role:
We are looking for a resourceful and hands-on Talent Acquisition Manager who can drive the non-tech Talent Acquisition efforts by hiring high-quality candidates that help build Anchanto into a powerful business. You will help us grow at a rapid pace in Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Vietnam, South Korea, Philippines, and Thailand along with other countries as and when needed.
You will partner with business heads in Sales, Platform Delivery, Marketing and Account Management and close important roles within reasonable timelines that will help various strategic business units achieve their goals. We’re looking for someone who has business acumen and can forge a meaningful partnership with our stakeholders. This impactful role requires a hands-on approach, planning and prioritization skills.
Responsibilities (this is an Individual Contributor role):
- Partner with a group of stakeholders (non-tech) in South East Asia and understand their TA needs
- Look after recruitment activity for non-tech positions within SBUs
- Collaborate with department leads/hiring managers & close open positions
- Liaise with recruitment agencies if necessary although this is the least preferred mode of recruitment
- Responsible for daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly recruitment dashboards
- Drive Process Improvement initiatives in all recruitment-related activities
- Ensuring great candidate experience throughout the process
Essential Requirements
- Hands-on experience of 5+ years of recruiting for Global/APAC/South East Asia countries (8+ years overall)
- Experience recruitment of Customer Facing roles in the Tech Industry is a must
- Analytical mindset and ability to think outside the box
- Experience with HRMS and Greenhouse/similar Applicant Tracker Systems
- Experience in a Hyper-growth stage start-up is a big plus
- Ability to build meaningful working relationships with stakeholders quickly
- A good understanding of org structure and experience in understanding competencies from a JD
- Excellent English and great wrtitten and verbal communication skills.
