Responsibilities
- Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings and coordinating interviews.
- Support onboarding activities for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the company.
- Participate in employee engagement initiatives and help gather feedback from team members.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of corporate social responsibility programs.
- Conduct research on best practices in HR and social impact strategies.
- Help prepare presentations and reports for internal communication.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute collaborative ideas and solutions.
Requirements
- Pursuing a Bachelorโs degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Social Sciences, or a related field.
- Strong interest in human resources, organizational development, and social impact.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment and build positive relationships.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
