Hands-on data engineer working with clients to re-engineer, optimise and domain-align data models and pipelines using Snowflake and dbt. Intelligen is seeking Data Engineers with 3-5+ years of experience in ETL and DWH technologies, particularly with Snowflake and dbt, to improve client data models and pipelines.

Design and implement enterprise data governance frameworks, policies, and operating models. Establish stewardship, metadata management, lineage, and data quality practices. Facilitate stakeholder workshops, embed governance into delivery, support governance tooling adoption (data catalogs, metadata platforms), and provide advisory and mentoring to uplift organisational governance capability.
